When completing the booking form, you will be prompted for a $50 non- refundable deposit that will go toward the final cost of your event---Once we have received your completed booking form, your party is confirmed and we will reach out to you about 1 week before your event to request a final number 72 hours before the event---Once we get your final numbers, we will send your final invoice to be paid at the time of the event.
Have no fear! Our parties stay very orderly and organized. We will provide you with the information and tips to prepare your home easily! If you still don't want to host in your home, here are some alternate options: Library room rental, recreation center room rental, neighborhood clubhouse, outdoor park pavillion, your favorite coffee shop or restaurant.
We use artist- quality acrylic paints which are not washable. We recommend adding verbiage to the party invitations informing guests not to wear their Sunday best! Acrylic paints can be easily wiped off hard surfaces, but they WILL stain soft surfaces such as clothing, rugs, curtains, etc. We provide aprons to be used during the event, but paint- safe clothes are still helpful.
When your instructor arrives at the event location, there should be tables and chairs (if you want chairs) already set- up at the location where you want to paint or craft. Be sure to protect the table with a table cloth and cover anything else you don't wish to get paint on. Disposable table cloths are inexpensive and work great for protecting surfaces!
We have a 4 person minimum and a 50 person maximum. We offer the party package for 8 painters because it seems to be a popular party size that works well for these events, but we can make your vision come to life!
We provide everything EXCEPT the table, chairs, and plastic disposable tablecloth. Everyone's space is a little different, so we leave this part for you. We ask that the table be prepared upon our arrival, so that we can set up quickly and get to the fun!
We would recommend participants be at least 4-5 years old to really be able to appreciate an art party. However, if you have younger kiddos in mind, just reach out and we can curate a modified project for them!
Based on guest age and chosen activity, I can get you a more narrowed down timing estimate upon booking, but our parties average between 1-1.5 plus and additonal 15-20 minutes if you have chosen the DIY cupcakes option.
